Warranty

The warranty period for the work performed, spare parts and components provided and used by the service station during the repair of the vehicle corresponds to the terms specified in the Rules for the provision of services for technical maintenance and repair of wheeled vehicles, adopted by the Order of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine No. 615 dated 11/28/2014.
Please note: The car service warranty does not apply to spare parts provided by the Client, in which case the warranty applies only to its installation/replacement.

The warranty for used spare parts is 10 calendar days. The client agrees to this type of repair, fully understanding and accepting all risks associated with using a second-hand part after the warranty period ends.
In case of any malfunctions after the expiration of the warranty period for work or spare parts, the client may file a complaint. We always strive to meet the needs of HUNTERS service users by providing a personalized approach in every individual case.
