Body Repair Service Advisor

Hunters Garage is looking for a Body Repair Service Advisor to join our multi-brand professional repair station.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role

• Knowledge of auto body repair technologies

• Proficiency in 1C and Audatex software

• Valid category B driver's license and at least 2 years of driving experience

Responsibilities:

• Providing clients with high-quality technical consultation

• Accepting cars for service and returning them after repair

• Cost estimation and approval of repair work

• Cooperation with insurance companies

• Upselling additional services

• Planning workflow in the service area

• Quality control of completed work

Soft Skills:

• Responsibility and integrity

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Planning and prioritization skills

• Fluent and articulate in Ukrainian
