Tips for Choosing a Car Service

We’ve worked in customer and vehicle service all our lives and know many common concerns about servicing.

The most popular ones:

  • 1. Incorrect diagnostics
  • 2. Replacing a working part
  • 3. Artificial repair time inflation
  • 4. Low-quality parts
  • 5. Simulated oil change
  • 6. Unauthorized extra repairs
  • 7. Use of your vehicle by service staff

We don’t deny these things might have happened to you or someone you know. But we know why we created our service: to ensure customer satisfaction and business profitability. Profit alone, without satisfied customers, won’t bring long-term success or loyalty.

Customer satisfaction depends on every workshop employee following proper procedures. Any customer concern indicates a breach of this process.

Incorrect diagnostics. Depending on your request, we diagnose the suspension, electrical systems, transmission, clutch, or engine. If the mechanic or electrician isn’t sure about an issue, they consult with the shop foreman. If we make a mistake (performed diagnostics and repair, but the problem persists), we take responsibility and fix it at our expense.

Replacing a working part. It’s very difficult to do this when the part is still functional. Firstly, we return all replaced parts to the owner, so we can’t reuse them ourselves.

Artificial time inflation. We follow manufacturer-recommended standards. Yes, a car with high mileage or one not used for a long time may require additional work—removing rusty bolts, stuck parts, etc.—which adds time.

Low-quality parts. Yes, we work not only with original parts but also with alternatives. All brands are approved by the vehicle owner.

Simulating an oil change – impossible in our transparent service environment, where work is monitored and cameras are available for review.

Unauthorized repairs are impossible if the client process is followed. The service must always remember: the car belongs to the customer. We don’t make any decisions on our own.

Using the customer’s car is only allowed during a post-service test drive within 5 km. We record the mileage upon entry. You can also take a photo or check camera footage if needed.
