I used the body repair service at Hunters Garage on Bohatyrska 3a. Everything was perfect from my first call with manager Viktor, who kindly accepted my car and clearly explained what needed to be done and by when. I immediately felt my car was in good hands. Viktor listened carefully to my wishes and answered all my questions professionally. It’s rare to find such a combination of intelligence, professionalism, and politeness! The car was repaired without delays or issues.
Many thanks to the entire Hunters Garage team for their top-level service! Special thanks to Viktor for his work and professional approach to clients! I absolutely recommend this service to anyone still deciding.

I visited Hunters Garage for the first time. I had been looking for a place to properly restore my Subaru Forester after an accident (needed to replace and repaint two doors and a fender). The repair was done faster and better than I expected!
The staff sourced the parts themselves, and the initial estimate was nearly identical to the final bill. The color match was 100% perfect.
I especially appreciated the team’s communication — they stayed in touch throughout the process and sent progress photos.

It’s great that a service center of this level, with modern equipment and skilled professionals, now exists in Kyiv.

I came in complaining about vibrations and noise while driving – they replaced the engine mount, but it didn’t help. Naturally, when I expressed my surprise, I got nothing but excuses in return. I came back later to replace the transmission oil – they charged me for 3 liters, even though my car only needs 1.8 liters. They justified it by saying they’d deduct the extra if any was left (or maybe not =) ). I really didn’t like the attitude!
Pros: the waiting lounge is nice and the coffee is great.

During routine maintenance, they forgot to reinstall the decorative/soundproof plastic engine cover. I only noticed it when I got home, and by accident. Car: Hyundai Sonata. Appointment was at 3:00 PM on April 23, 2023.

Came to you based on neighbors’ recommendations. Everything was great. Excellent service. True, I had to come back the same day because the engine guard wasn’t properly tightened. But the guys fixed it quickly.
P.S. I never got the Lesta winter washer fluid mentioned on your website under Promotions. I hope it was just an oversight.

Good day! I became a client of Hunters Garage on Bohatyrska today. Beforehand, I read many positive reviews (maybe only the good ones are published). I decided to try the car wash service. As many drivers know, it’s hard to find a decent wash in Kyiv. Since this is a new center, I expected them to try hard to win over clients.
I ordered the full wash online. The operator called quickly and scheduled me in. When I arrived, Oleksii Zublenko received the car and politely invited me to the café, saying it would take about an hour. At first, I thought I’d finally found a proper wash.
But when it came time to pick up the car, I immediately noticed – I couldn’t accept the result: the wheels weren’t washed, door jambs were dirty, and there was still dirt on the body and inside. Oleksii again politely said they’d rewash it.
But via the café cameras, I saw the car wasn’t washed again – they just smeared the dirt around with a cloth. Then I was asked to inspect the car again, in front of Oleksii and the washers.
There were still issues with the wash quality. One of the washers said I hadn’t told them to clean it thoroughly, so they just did the standard.
When I asked why the tire shine (included in the full wash) wasn’t applied, Oleksii said they ran out of fluid – but they still charged for it?
Overall, I had no energy to argue and left disappointed. I’m writing this in hopes of improving the service.
