A review and thanks to Hunters (Bohatyrska). It was my first time at this service center — my insurance company recommended it for repair after an accident. They replaced and painted the front bumper and fixed a leaking reservoir on my Mitsubishi ASX. What impressed me was the quality of the work — the paint matched perfectly, the painting was top-notch, the gaps were even, and all the clips were in place. This was both surprising and impressive. The repair was completed exactly within the agreed timeframe. I'm genuinely pleased — if the rest of their service is as good as the body repair, I’ll try doing regular maintenance there for both of our cars. I believe I’ll be happy with the quality, the approach, and the price.

I've been using the car wash for quite a while. The quality is good. However, there's a lack of proper customer service. The manager made a mistake — I booked for "today," but was scheduled for the previous day. This came to light only on site. Mistakes happen, but the response was nonexistent — they just said there were no available spots. I lost work time during a weekday for nothing. Even when my car was washed for three and a half hours, I didn’t complain. But in this case, they just quietly gave the spot to someone else.

I want to sincerely thank the bodywork specialist Yurii Osadchuk! He inherited a rather difficult task — repairing a 2022 Discovery during wartime, with disrupted logistics and a shortage of spare parts, even at official dealers. Yurii put in maximum effort to resolve the issues. Not everything was fully resolved, but he truly did his best — as they say, “as if for himself”! Sincere thanks! I didn’t really want to write a review, since I trust this business and don’t want to cast a shadow. But maybe someone will hear this and improve the service.
I ordered maintenance for the panoramic roof (sunroof). Upon arrival, they said it would take a couple of hours. After two hours, I was invited to inspect the car and told the sunroof didn’t open because it was rusted and hadn’t worked — but the maintenance was completed. The comment “let the owner try to open it” raised suspicion.
Previously, the sunroof worked perfectly, and I reported no issues. But it didn’t open anymore. I was told the motor had overheated. I waited, tried again, it barely moved. They insisted that it had always been like that.
I was shocked. It felt like I had to prove my car was functional before handing it over. Eventually, the work was completed around 16:30 (I arrived at 10:00). I spent the whole day at the service. The waiting area is nice, thanks for that.
But when I got home, I saw the entire interior, headliner, and seats were sprayed with lubricant and silicone. The panoramic roof area was dirty, and nothing was wiped down.
If this is "panoramic roof maintenance," it should include cleaning the area and protecting the interior. The roof glass and seals weren’t cleaned, and they didn’t use any protective measures.
I came to get professional service, but had to clean and finish everything myself the next day.
This is not a complaint — I will keep coming back. I believe in the company and its vision. I hope it’s all just a human error.
Please:Buy the proper VAG key for sunroof service. Come up with a temporary cover for interiors during such work. Clean the area after service.Sorry for not writing in Ukrainian. Slava Ukraini!
