How long does a Tesla repair take?

The duration of the repair depends on the nature of the fault. Diagnostics usually takes several hours, while battery or charging system repairs can take from one day. Bodywork and complex repairs require more time, which the client will be informed about individually.

Do I need to go to a service center for a software update?

Most Tesla updates are installed remotely (over-the-air) via the Internet and do not require a visit to the service center. However, if the update requires additional settings or malfunctions, we recommend contacting a specialized center.

What regular maintenance is required for a Tesla?

Tesla does not require classic maintenance like cars with internal combustion engines. Basic maintenance includes checking the condition of the battery, charging system, brakes, chassis, software updates, as well as replacing filters and maintaining the cooling system. It is recommended to undergo diagnostics every 12 months or after 20,000 km.

Can a Tesla battery be repaired, or does it always need to be completely replaced?

It is not always necessary to replace the entire battery. In most cases, repair is possible - restoring individual modules, replacing cells or resoldering connections. This is much cheaper and faster than a complete replacement, and allows you to extend the life of the battery. A complete replacement is only necessary in case of critical damage.
